It is the last Saturday of May, and the first three-day-weekend of the semester.
So, I first woke up and had my MaryKay party. My friend Camille and her friend Andrea were the ones to really do it. I had never been to a MaryKay party before. It was awesome! My skin felt so great afterwards I just had to buy some stuff. ;) Though there were only four of us there, it was still a lot of fun! I wish I had pictures...
Then I went to the temple. Thanks to a girls I visit teach who doesn't mind others using her car, I was able to drive. :) It was the funniest thing while I was there though. I sort of talked with this guy, who for the sake of not going into the details of how we know each other I'm just going to call him my friend. So there was this moment when he touched my hand to help me down a step and it was honestly incredible. There was this great feeling when there was that touch. I don't know what it was, but it definitely made me happy at the moment and not too much later, he totally laughed at me and I have no idea why! Ha ha! Weird.
Next stop of the day was the library to do homework. So exciting! Right. The last time I really did my homework in the library, I was there for practically the whole day back in November. Today, I spent five hours working on my math and history. And I'm still not even half way done with all of it for the week yet. But I think I've got the hard part done, so now I just need to finish the rest.
I got home and my roommate wanted to put a color streak in her hair, so that's what we did. It's only a medium brown against her dirty blond. It's not too much of a difference, but it looks real nice. :)
Now we're watching Dear John. Not what I was expecting, but still good.
What's on the agenda for the rest of the weekend? Church, more movies, more dance parties, a picnic, and so much more. I hope everyone is having a great and safe Memorial weekend out there! Enjoy and have fun!
So, did you like the movie? I kind of want to see it. Hope you are enjoying your long weekend!
